Peanut Pudding Cake

Ingredients
- Layer 1:
- 2/3 c. dry roasted peanuts, choped
- 1 c. all purpose flour
- 1/2 c. margarine
- With pastry cutter blend flour and margarine. Add peanuts. Pat evenly into 8 x 12 inch pan. Bake 20 minutes at 300 degrees. Cool thoroughly.
- Layer 2:
- 1/3 c. peanut butter
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1 (4 1/2 oz.) Cool Whip
- Cream peanut butter and cream cheese together. Add powdered sugar and mix well. Fold in Cool Whip and spread over layer 1.
- Layer 3:
- 1 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding
- 1 small pkg. instant chocolate pudding
- 2 3/4 c. milk
- Using electric mixer or rotary beater, blend pudding mixes with milk. Spread on layer 2.
- Layer 4:
- 1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip
- 1 oz. sweet chocolate, grated
- 1/3 c. chopped roasted peanuts
- Top Layer 3 with Cool Whip, choclate and peanuts. Chill 2-3 hours.
