Ingredients

  • 1 Duncan Hines Golden Yellow Mix
  • 3 eggs (room temp)
  • 1/4 cup butter (melted)
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2/3 cup Coco Lopez (room temp)
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Coconut Flavoring
  • 1/2 cup Coconut

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix eggs, sour cream, Coco Lopez, flavoring, add cake mix, beat on medium speed until smooth, add coconut mix by hand. Pour into prepared tube or Bundt pan. Bake 35 Minutes

Coconut Glaze

1 can Carnation Milk

1/2 stick butter

1/2 cup sugar

1 tsp. Coconut Flavoring

1/4 cup coconut (toasted)

Bring milk butter and sugar to a rapid boil then turn off heat. Add flavoring, pour over cooled cake, top with toasted coconut.
