Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 Tbs. prepared mustard
- 2 Tbs. vinegar
- 2 Tbs. sugar
- 1 Tbs. water
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. celery seed
- 1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
- Ketchup, as needed

Step 1
In a salted skillet, brown ground beef with onion over medium heat, breaking up meat with a fork to crumble it fine. Drain off fat. Add all other ingredients, except ketchup. Mix well, then add enough ketchup to keep mixture loose. Simmer, partially covered, 1 hour, adding ketchup as needed.
