Ingredients
- 1/3 c oil
- 1 c sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 c flour
- 1 t soda
- 1/2 salt
- 1/2 t cinnamon
- 1 c mashed ripe banana (2 or 3)
- 1 c grated carrots
- 1/2 c chopped pecans

Preparation
Step 1
Combine oil and sugar. Add eggs; mix well. Combine dry ingredients; gradually add to creamed mixture alternating with bananas. Stir in carrots and pecans. Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake at 350* for 55-65 minutes. Cool 10 minutes.
