Tater Tot Bake

Ingredients

• ● 3/4-1 lb. ground hamburger or turkey
• ● 1 small onion , chopped or minced onions
• ● taste salt and pepper
• ● 16 oz. frozen tater tots
• ● 1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
• ● 1/2 soup can milk or water, I prefer milk
• ● 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Preparation

Step 1

Brown meat and onion. Drain. Season with salt and pepper. Place in 1 1/2- 2 qt casserole dish. Combine potatoes, soup, milk, and 1/2 cup cheese with meat. Bake @ 350℉ for 30 minutes. Top with rest of cheese on top and bake an additional 5-10 minutes.
