Ingredients
- 1 lb. tortellini
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup flour, sifted
- 2 1/4 cups milk
- 1/2 cup each grated swiss, fontini, mozzerella and grated parmesan

Step 1
Cook tortellini by package directions in salted water. Meanwhile, prepare sauce. Melt butter and blend in flour. Cook a minute stirring then add milk. Continue to cook and stir until mixture boils and thickens. Add salt and pepper to taste. Drain tortellini. Layer in buttered dish, tortellini then sauce than a mixture of cheeses. Repeat layers and top with parmesan. Bake at 350, 25-30 minutes.
