Basic French Vinaigrette (close to the real deal in France)

Ingredients

• 2 tablespoon shallots
• 2 tablespoon white wine vinegar
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 tablespoon Dijon
• 1 tablespoon minced chives
• 1 teaspoon honey
• 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
• Salt & pepper
