Ingredients
- 1 chicken
- large onion
- 5 carrots
- 5 celery
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/3 head broccoli
- 1/3 head cauliflower
- salt
- pepper
- 1 box chicken soup mix for flavor
- little dry chicken soup mix
- bag of thick narrow egg noodles

Preparation
Step 1
Cook chicken in soup pan half way filled with water add salt and pepper...cook till done about a hour. remove and cool
While chicken is cooling cut up onion, celery and carrots add to broth along with noodles. I cut the broccoli and cauliflower up very small add to liquid. Add cut up chicken, soup mixes and simmer for half hour. Remove from heat leave cover on pot Add more salt and pepper to taste.
I take off burner before veggies are completely done they finnish cooking mixture is very hot. I leave it sit there at least a hour as noodles will absorb some of the juice... if too thick you can thicken with little corn starch and water...heat back up to thicken...
