  • 2 pkgs. frozen, chopped spinach, defrosted and squeezed dry
  • 2 c. herb stuffing
  • 1 c. grated Parmesan
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • Few drops of lemon juice

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together. Form into walnut size balls. Place on cookie sheet and freeze.
Bake frozen for 20-25 minutes at 350º.
