Step 1
With your smoked sausages laid out on a platter, completely cover each of them with honey. Heat your grill to a medium-high heat. Grill the sausages turning frequently, until golden brown on all sides and the honey caramelizes. When done cooking, cut into bite size chunks and serve with toothpicks.
