Ingredients
- 2 lbs bacon
- 2-3 cans whole water chestnuts drained
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup chili sauce
- 3/4 cup mayo

Step 1
Wrap whole chestnuts in 1/3 or 1/2 strip uncooked bacon. Secure with toothpick. Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes or until bacon is cooked. Remove from pan and place on paper towel to remove excess grease. (you can do this ahead of time, even the night before)
Place chestnuts in a clean pan
Sauce:
mx equal parts and pour over chestnuts. Bake at 350 for about 15 minutes or until sauce thickens.
Best if served immediately, but may also be put in a crock pot to keep warm
