Ingredients
- 3 pounds skinless chicken thighs (about 12 pieces)
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger root
- 1/2 cup hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
- 1 cup honey
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Arrange chicken pieces in a shallow glass dish
Combine all remaining ingredients in a small bowl and pour over chicken
Turn pieces to coat both sides with marinade
Cover with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for one hour
(You can marinate chicken overnight if you have time.) Preheat grill or broiler
Remove chicken pieces from marinade and grill over medium-hot coals for about 10 minutes per side
Be careful not to burn them
Brush frequently with extra marinade
Serve hot.
