• 1 angel food cake
• 1 1/3 C. nonfat strawberry or vanilla yogurt
• 2 c. fat free cool whip
• 1 pint strawberries, sliced. reserve 1 strawberry for garnish
• 3 kiwi, peeled and sliced
• 1/4 c. slivered almonds, toasted

Step 1

1) tear cake into 3/4" pieces. layer half each of cake pieces, yogurt, cool whip, straberries and kiwis; repeat

2) sprinkle with almonds and garnish with strawberry

3) refrigerate at least 2 hours til firm
