Ingredients
- ¾ cup light brown sugar packed
- 5 eggs
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- ½ tsp. ginger
- ¼ tsp. nutmeg
- ⅛ tsp. cloves
- ½ tsp. salt
- 1 lb can pumpkin (2 cups)
- 1 cup heavy cream

Preparation
Step 1
Beat all ingredients together until smooth. Put 1 ½ cups of mixture into a two cup measuring cup. Pour rest of filling into a 9” buttered pie plate and set in a shallow pan. Place in oven and add rest of filling. Pour water around the pan to ½ inch of top.
Bake for 50 mins at 350.
