Sour Cream Chocolate Chip Cake

Ingredients

• Cream Together:
• 1/2 lb. butter
• 2 cups sugar
• 4 eggs one at a time
• Mix Together in Mixing Bowl:
• 2 cups sour cream
• 2 teaspoons baking soda
• 2 teaspoons vanilla
• Mix in separate bowl:
• 4 cups flour
• 3 teaspoons baking powder
• 1 teaspoon salt
• Topping:
• 1/2 cups sugar
• 2 teaspoons cinnamon
• 1 cup chopped walnuts
• 1 large package of chocolate chips
• Mix altogether

Preparation

Step 1

Alternate sour cream mixture and flour mixture into creamed mixture and beat until smooth.

Grease and flour tube pan put in 1/2 batter, topping, rest of batter then topping.

Bake at 350 degree oven for 3/4 hours. Test with toothpick to see if done. If not put back in oven.
