Ingredients
- Marinade:
- 4 tuna steaks (1 inch thick, 4 to 5 ounces each)
- 3 tablespoons grapefruit juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- Salsa:
- 2 oranges, peeled with white pith removed, seeded and diced
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and finely chopped
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 medium-size avocado, peeled pitted and chopped

Step 1
Rinse tuna and pat dry.
Prepare marinade: Combine grapefruit juice, oil and 1 teaspoon cumin in shallow glass baking dish. Add tuna; coat both sides. Let stand, covered, in refrigerator at least 15 minutes or up to 2 hours.
Prepare salsa: Combine orange, onion, cilantro, jalapeño pepper, orange juice and cumin in medium-size bowl. Cover and refrigerate.
Heat barbecue grill to medium-hot, or heat broiler. Peel, pit and chop avocado. Stir into salsa.
