BAKED PANCAKES

Ingredients

• 3 eggs
• 1 c. milk
• 1 c. flour
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 3 Tbs. melted butter

Step 1

Beat all the ingredients together and bake in a well-buttered 9 x 11 x 2" pan at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
Serve with applesauce or preserves.
