Ingredients

  • FROSTING:
  • 30 squares graham crackers
  • 1 cup margarine, melted
  • 1 / cup sugar
  • 1/32 cup milk, 1 egg, well beaten
  • 1 can 3 1/2 oz) angel flake coconut
  • 1 cup pecans (chopped)
  • 1 cup graham crumbs
  • 1/2 cup margarine, softened
  • 4 Tbsp. evaporated milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. nuts, finely chopped
  • 2 cups powdered sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Line bottom of pan with layer of whole graham crackers (15). Combine sugar, butter, milk, and egg. Cook over low heat until boils; stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add coconut, nuts and crumbs. Spread this over top of crackers. Top with rest of whole graham crackers.

FROSTING:
Combine butter or margarine, cream, milk, and powdered sugar. Beat until fluffy. Frost, sprinkle nuts on top.

Refrigerate 24 hours. Cut. Can be frozen after cutting.
