Monkey Munch *

Ingredients
- 9 cups of Chex cereal (any variety)
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Step 1
1. Put the Chex in a large bowl and put aside.
2. Place chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter into a quart sized microwavable bowl.
3. Stir ingredients together.
4. Microwave the mixture uncovered for 1 minute on high. Sir mixture and continue to ‘zap’ it in 30 second intervals until it mixes smoothly.
5. Add the vanilla and stir.
6. Pour the mixture over the Chex while stirring.
7. Put the combination into a 2 gal ziplock freezer bag.
8. Add the powdered sugar, seal the bag and shake until will distributed.
9. Spread the monkey munch out on wax paper to cool and dry.
10. Keep refrigerated in an airtight container for storage.
