Ingredients

  • 1- can of cooked carrots or chopped fresh carrots, boiled
  • 1- can of french style green beans or frozen green beans
  • 1- can of corn or frozen corn
  • 1- can of peas or frozen peas
  • 1- can of whole potatoes or 3or 4 diced potatoes boiled
  • 2- can of tomato sauce
  • 3- can of chicken broth
  • 1 Tbs beef paste
  • 1- lb of your favorite ground meat, venison, beef, etc.
  • Seasoning salt, pepper, and salt

If there is one vegetable you don't like in the soup just replace by doubling on of the others and I always double the potatoes.

Take the cans of broth and tomato sauce and begin to heat them up in the pot, then drain and add your veggies and your potatoes and after cutting them up. Then bring a generous amount of seasoning salt, salt and pepper for flavoring. Let that simmer at medium heat while you are browning your meat. Season the meat with the seasoning salt and add the meat to the pot once it's browned. You can boil the meat also. Turn heat to med. let it slightly come to a boil until it begins to thicken. 20 mins or so.
