Ingredients
- 1/2 pound deveined peeled cooked medium shrimp, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 4-1/2 tsp. capers, drained
- 1 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
- 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1-1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- 3/4 tsp. dried tarragon
- 1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 medium ripe avocados, halved and pitted
