Ingredients

4-6 chicken breasts
1 bottle Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce
1/4 cup vinegar
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon garlic powder

Servings 4

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients except chicken, together.

Place chicken in crock-pot (frozen is OK)

Pour sauce mixture over the chicken.

Cook on low for 4-6 hours.
