Ingredients
- 2 pkgs lady fingers
- 2 - 8oz pkgs cream cheese
- 1 c sugar
- 3/4 tsp vanilla
- 1 pint heavy cream - whipped
- 1 lg can crushed pinapple

Cooking time 15mins
Preparation
Step 1
line spring pan with lady fingers
drain pineapple
sprinkle juice over lady fingers
beat 2 pkgs cream cheese until light, add sugar and van, beat
whip cream - fold together
add pineapple - 1/2 can mix by hand
pour into pan - sprinkle remaining pineapple over top
cover and refrigerate
