Ingredients
- 1/2 can tomato soup
- 4 oz. cream cheese
- 1 env. Knox gelatin
- 1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
- 1/4 c. chopped celery
- 1/8 c. chopped onion
- 1 sm. can shrimp
Preparation
Step 1
Heat 1/2 can soup, add cream cheese and stir to melt. Remove from heat. Add 1 envelope of Knox gelatin and stir. Add vegetables and shrimp. Pour into molded and chill until solid, about 1 hour. Serve with crackers.
