- 2 cans pinto beans (la costena)
- 1 can rotel
- bacon
- cilantro
- jalapenos
- onion
- garlic

Preparation
Step 1
Cut up about 3-4 pieces of bacon into small pieces and place into skillet. Put on warm heat. Then add the chopped tomatoes and onions to the bacon. Let this simmer for a bit. When the bacon starts to get done go ahead and add the garlic, cilantro and jalapenos and mix well. Once this is done add your two cans of pinto beans and stir all together. Let this simmer for about 15 minutes or so to let all the flavors fuse. You will also need to salt it to taste. Garlic salt would work fine too.
