• 1 lg package of frozen spinach
• 1/4 C grated parmesan cheese
• 1/4 C grated mozzarella cheese
• 4 TBL fresh chopped parsley
• 1 tsp dried garlic
• 1 pizza dough

Preparation

Step 1

drain spinach
spread spinach, cheeses, parsley and garlic onto rolled pizza dough.
roll dough jelly style on the long side
Bake 350' for 30-40 minutes until dough is golden brown
