Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pds ground pork
- 2 plus pds of cabbage
- 1/2 C scallions
- 4 - 6 scramble eggs
- 1 pack egg roll skins
- 2 C corn oil
- 2 TBL soy sauce
- 2tsp corn starch
- 3 tsp sugar
- 1 TBL soy sauce
- 1 TBL corn starch
- 2 TBL water

Preparation
Step 1
heat 2 TBL of oil stir fry pork
seperate pan,
1 TBL of oil and mix eggs
in pork pan - remove pork - add 2 TBL of oil - fry cabbage, onions
mix 3 tsp sugar and 1 TBL of soy sauce, add scramble eggs, and pork.
keep mixing till well blended.
2 - 3 scoops into skins - roll
partial fry and drain -
