Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen berries (raspberries, strawberries or blueberries)
- 1 ripe banana cut into chunks
- 1 pkg Soft Silken Tofu
- 1/2 cup soy Yogurt
- 1 cup soy milk
- 2 Tbsp liquid honey
