Ingredients
- Crust:
- 1/3 c butter
- 1 1/2 c graham crackers
- 1/3 c sugar
- 1/2 c chopped pecans
- Cake:
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 c sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 c sour cream
- 2 vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
PAM springfrom. Mix all cru st ingredients together and press into springform pam. Mix cream cheese and sugar together. Add eggs, one at a time. Add sour cream and vanilla. Pour into pan. Wrap pan in heavy duty foil and place in wather bath. Bake at 475 degrees for 0 minutes and then reduce heat to 300 degrees for 50 minutes. Keeping cake in oven, tuen heat off and leave in for 2-3 hours.
