Waffles - Chocolate Dessert

Ingredients

• 1/4 c margarine
• 1/2 c sugar
• 1 egg
• 1/2 t vanilla
• 2/3 c flour
• 3 T cocoa
• 1 t baking powder
• pinch salt
• 2/3 c milk

Preparation

Step 1

Cream together margarine and sugar, add egg, vanilla.

In another bowl mix together flour cocoa, baking powder, salt.

Alternate by adding : some flour mixture, stir
:and then some milk, stir: into the butter mixture, till all of it is mixed in.

Cook on waffle maker.

Great served with ice cream, chocolate sauce, whipped cream and strawberries, etc.
