- 340 grams semi-sweet chocolate, finely chopped
- 240 ml heavy cream
- 66 grams white sugar
- 80 ml. light corn syrup
- 1 tbs. vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Place the chocolate in a steel bowl. Combine the cream, sugar, and corn syrup in a pan, and place over low heat. Bring mix to a boil, stirring often. Remove mixture from heat and pour over chocolate. Stand until the chocolate has melted, whisk until smooth. Whisk in vanilla, store sauce in refrigerator.
