Ingredients
- 1-12 oz FROZEN SPINACH
- 1/2 CHOPPED ARTICHOKE
- 1 TBL CHOPPED ONION
- 1/4 CUP HEAVY CREAM
- 1/4 CUP SOUR CREAM
- 1 1/4 CUP MONTEREY JACK CHEESE
- 1/3 CUP PARMIGIANIO REGGIANO
- 1/4 TSP GARLIC POWDER

Preparation
Step 1
MIX SPINACH, ARICHOKE AND ONION IN MICROWAVE SAFE BOWL. COVER AND CUT SLIT MICROWAVE FOR 4 MINUTES KEEP COVERED.
COMBINE HEAVY CREAM, SOUR CREAM AND GARLIC POWDER IN PAN HEAT SLOWLY FOR 10 MINUTES UNTIL SIMMERS AND THICKENS BUT "DO NOT BOIL".
ADD SPINACH TO SAUCE COOK 10 MINUTES MORE.
SERVE HOT.
