Ingredients
- Mix together the following and press flat in a 9 x 13” pan:
- 3 lb. ground beef (+ 1 tsp. salt)
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
- Refrigerate over night.
- Cut meat in squares. Roll in flour and brown in oil. Put the browned meat squared in a baking dish.
- Mix in the skillet used for browning:
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1/2 pkg. dry onion soup
- 1 can water (for mushroom soup)
- 1/2 water needed for whole pkg. of onion soup
