Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. chocolate soy milk
  • 1 1/2 c. semisweet chocolate chips
  • 12 oz. silken soft tofu
  • 1/4 c. amaretto
  • 1/4 t. pure almond extract
  • 2 pinches fine grain sea salt

Preparation

Step 1

1. Slowly simmer the soy milk, and set aside to cool.
2. Slowly melt the chocolate in a double boiler.
3. Combine milk, melted chocolate, and tofu in a blender, and blend at the highest speed until silky smooth.
4. Add amaretto, almond and salt, and blend until mixed thoroughly.
5. Pour into ramekins, small bowls and/or small glasses.
6. Refrigerate for at least 1.5 hours.
