Ingredients
- 4-6 bananas, slice down the middle and cut in half
- 2 T butter
- 2 T sugar
- 1 c orange juice
- 2 T cornstarch
- 1/4 c orange juice
- 1/2 c raisins

Preparation
Step 1
1) Lay bananas in a casserole dish.
2) Cook butter, sugar, and orange juice 1 min. Add cornstarch and additional orange juice. Cook till clear and thick. Add raisins. Pour over bananas. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
3) Bake for 25 min. at 350 degrees.
