Ingredients
- 4 eggs, hard-boiled, peeled and halved
- 1-1/2 t. vinegar
- 1/2 t. dry mustard
- 1/4 t. salt
- 1/8 t. pepper
- 1/2 t. sugar
- 1-1/2 T. butter, melted
- 1/4 t. Worcestershire sauce
- Garnish: paprika

Preparation
Step 1
Scoop egg yolks into a bowl. Arrange egg whites on a serving platter; set aside. Mash yolks well with a fork. Add remaining ingredients except paprika; mix well. Spoon into egg whites; sprinkle with paprika.
Makes 8 servings.
