Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups dry potato flakes
- 2/3 cup water
- 8oz sour cream
- 2 lb ground beef
- 2 envelopes taco seasoning mix
- 1 ½ cups water
- 1 ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
- 1 cup chopped tomato
- ¼ cup chopped black olives
- 2 cups slightly crushed nacho cheese tortilla chips
- Taco sauce
- Sour cream

Preparation
Step 1
1. In a 9x13” baking dish, combine potato flakes, water and sour cream. Press onto bottom of dish and bake in preheated 350F oven for 20-25 mins or until golden brown.
2. Brown beef in skillet on medium heat. Drain fat. Stir in seasoning mix and water and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 mins, stirring occasionally. Spread filling mixture over baked crust and sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Bake for 5 mins more.
3. Top casserole with lettuce, tomato, black olives, crushed chips, taco sauce and sour cream. Cut into squares and serve.
