Texas Beef and Beans

Ingredients
- 3lbs ground beef
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 1-2 celery ribs, chopped
- 2 tsp beef bouillon granules
- 2/3 cup boiling water
- 2 cans (28oz) baked beans
- ½ cup molasses
- 1 ½ cups ketchup
- ¼ cup prepared mustard
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1-4 jalapenos , diced
- 2-3 tbsp chili powder
- 1 ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- ½ lb sliced bacon, cooked and crumbled

Preparation
Step 1
1. In a dutch oven over medium heat, cook beef, onions and celery until meat is browned and vegetables are tender. Drain.
2. Dissolve bouillon in water; stir into beef mixture. Add the rest of the ingredients except for the bacon.
3. Cover and bake at 375F for 60-70 mins or until bubbly. Stir and top with bacon.
Note: This dish could be cooked in a slow cooker on low for 4-6 hours.
