Breakfast SAusage Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 lb sausage, cooked nad crumbled.
  • 10 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 3 c heavy cream
  • 1 t salt
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  • 1 t dried mustard
  • 16 oz day-old bread, cubed
  • 4 oz cheddar, shredded
  • 4 oz swiss, shredded

Preparation

Step 1

Grease 13 x 9 pan, well. Place bread in pan. Sprinkle with cheese and sausage. Combine remaining ingredients and miss well. Pour over bread. Chill overnight. Bake at 350 degrees x 1 hour.
