Breakfast SAusage Casserole

- 1 lb sausage, cooked nad crumbled.
- 10 eggs, lightly beaten
- 3 c heavy cream
- 1 t salt
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 1 t dried mustard
- 16 oz day-old bread, cubed
- 4 oz cheddar, shredded
- 4 oz swiss, shredded
Grease 13 x 9 pan, well. Place bread in pan. Sprinkle with cheese and sausage. Combine remaining ingredients and miss well. Pour over bread. Chill overnight. Bake at 350 degrees x 1 hour.
