Ingredients
- 8 cups watermelon cubes
- 3 tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 3 tbsp. honey
- 1 1/2 tbsp. thinly sliced fresh mint

Step 1
Place all ingredients in a large container and stir lightly to coat; cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Best served within 1 hour.
Tip: When traveling, pack dressing (lime juice and honey) in a separate container and drizzle over melon just before serving.
