Ingredients
- 32 oz. Ricotta cheese
- 10 ounces sugar
- 16 ounces cream cheese, cold
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- ¼ tsp. cinnamon
- Mini chocolate chips
- Minced candied fruit

Step 1
Drain the ricotta cheese overnight in the refrigerator to remove excess water. The next day cream together the sugar, and cream cheese until smooth, then add the ricotta cheese, vanilla, and cinnamon. Blend mixture well and stir in the chocolate chips or candied fruit. Chill 1 hour.
