Green Salad with Strawberry Balsamic Vinaigrette

Ingredients

• 2 tsp strawberry jam
• 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
• 3 tbsp EVOO
• Salt and black pepper
• 6 strawberries, sliced
• 4 cups chopped romaine or mixed greens of any kind

Step 1

Place the jam in a medium bowl and whisk in the vinegar and then EVOO. Season the dressing with salt and pepper. Add the strawberries and greens to the bowl and toss to coat evenly in the dressing.
