Rava Dosa

Rava dosa is popular south Indian dosa . the best part of making rava dosa is that it does not require any fermentation & is very easy to make.

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup semolina (rava)
- 3/4 cup rice flour
- 1/2 tsp masturd seeds
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- 2 green chillies, chopped
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- A pinch of asafoetida
- A few curry leaves, chopped
- 3 tsp oil
- Ghee for frying
- Salt to taste

Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix both the flours & add the soda bi-carb, salt and enough water to
make a very thin batter.
2. Heat the oil in a small vessel, add masturd seeds, cumin seeds & fry
until they crackle.
3. Add green chillies, asafoetida, curry leaves. Add this mixture to the
batter.
4. Heat a tava & grease it lightly with ghee. Pour 1/2 cup batter in a
circular manner.
5. Pour ghee around & on the dosa.
6. Cook till it is crisp & golden in color
7. Serve hot with coconut chutney.
