Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- ¼ tsp. salt
- ½ cup butter, chilled
- Few tablespoons water

Step 1
Place flour in a bowl with the salt. Cut the butter into small pieces and drop into the flour, blend until the mix resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of water at a time over the flour mix. Mix with a fork. Repeat until the dough is soft and moist. Chill 30 minutes.
