Ingredients
- 1/4 c. Italian dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. grated fresh Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tbl. fat-free milk
- 2 1/2 c. (1/4 inch thick) slices zucchini (about 2 small)
- Cooking spray

Preparation
Step 1
Combine first 5 ingredients in bowl; stir to mix. Place milk in a shallow bowl.
Dip zucchini slices in milk, then dredge in breadcrumb mixture. Place coated slices on an ovenproof rack coated with cooking spray. Bake at 425 for 20 minutes or until browned and crisp. Serve immediately.
