Picnic Slaw

Ingredients

• DRESSING FOR SLAW:
• 12 c. cabbage, shredded
• 1 (10 1/2 oz.) pkg. mini marshmallows
• 4 c. pineapple chunks
• Dressing for Slaw (follows)
• 1 1/2 lb. bananas, sliced
• 1/4 c. sugar
• 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
• 1/2 c. pineapple juice

Preparation

Step 1

To keep bananas from turning brown, place bananas in pineapple juice until ready to use.
Combine all ingredients, except bananas, in a large bowl. Mix dressing.

DRESSING FOR SLAW:
Add dressing. Mix well to coat all cabbage. Add bananas. Cover and refrigerate.
