Ingredients
- Crust:
- 1 1/2 C graham cracker crumbs
- 1 stick butter
- Filling:
- 3 Egg yolks
- 3 lemons
- 1 Can sweetened condensed milk
- Topping:
- Heavy whipping cream

Preparation
Step 1
Crust:
Melt butter and combine graham cracker crumbs together and press into a 9 inch pie plate.
Filling:
Mix together egg yolks, lemons and sweetened condensed milk and pour over crust.
Topping:
Put bowl and beaters in freezer to chill them. Beat whipping cream until desired thickness.
