Ingredients

  • Topping:
  • 2 - 2 lbs. 8 oz. cans Bruce's Yams
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup soften butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup soften butter
  • 1 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 6 Tblsp. flour
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Preparation

Step 1

Drain Yams. Add enough canned milk to soften yams and mix thoroughly. Then add all the rest ingredients to the yams.


Topping:

Mix all the ingredients together and top the yam mixture.

Bake 30 mins. @ 350'
