Ingredients

  • ●Mix together the above ingredients and moisten with:
  • 2 C. rice, cooked with several chicken bouillon cubes.
  • 2 chicken breasts, deboned, boiled, and cubed
  • Green onions, tops, chopped
  • 3 stalks celery, chopped
  • 2 bell pepper, chopped
  • Several handfuls (?) slivered almonds
  • Marinated artichokes, 2 small jars, drained, chopped--save marinade
  • 1/3 C. mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tea. curry powder
  • some of marinade
